Even in college, his studies were all related to pastries. After graduation, he traveled to numerous countries to learn & teach pastry skills.
After living most of his life in France, he moved to Las Vegas, US, to become a top pastry chef. Primarily, he was a pastry chef at Aria Resort & Casino for almost four years.
